Data controller

Claudia Meléndez, in a personal capacity, is the data controller for personal data collected through claudiamelendez.tech.

Information that may be collected

Data voluntarily provided through contact or subscription forms, such as name, work email, organization, and the general context of an inquiry.

Purpose

Respond to requests, manage professional conversations, and send communications only when authorized.

Radar subscription

The work email will be used to manage the request and, after confirmation, to send the monthly editorial briefing through an email management platform; the specific provider will be disclosed when the subscription is confirmed. Radar authorization is separate from contact forms.

Subscription control

Email lists will not be purchased or shared. Every edition must provide a clear way to unsubscribe, and deletion requests must be honored.

Data retention

Data will be kept for as long as there is an active relationship, request, or subscription, and will be deleted when no longer needed for the purpose that motivated its collection or when the data subject requests its deletion.
